Collaborated with a team of 5 engineers to enhanced a Profile Software that already existed in the company, facilitating seamless access to employee information, job openings, and skill profiling.

• My role consisted in building the front-end, with React and Tailwind as frameworks. That improve usability to 40% by redesigning the user flow and getting feedback of the target users.

• Implemented automated testing processes and performed code reviews, resulting in a 30% reduction in post launch bug reports to ensure a more robust and stable application.
